컴퓨터를 많이 보는 환경에는 특히 작업자들 몰입하다 보면, 청소를 잘 안해요. 주위에 쓸고 닦고 잘 안 합니다. 컴퓨터를 자주 보다 보면, 눈이 뻑뻑하고 안구건조증이 잘 생겨나게 됩니다. 눈과 코 – 비강이 연결되어 있어 안구건조증이 심해지면, 비염도 같이 심해지고, 비염이 심해지면 안구건조증도 심해 집니다.
자기관리 방법에는 숙면이 중요합니다. 면역이 중요한데, 잠을 푹 자는 것이 중요합니다. 비염 환자들이 숙면을 잘 못해요. 숙면 중에 코가 잘 막히는데, 자면서 입으로 숨을 쉬거나 코로 숨을 쉬는게 힘들게 숨을 쉬게 되면, 숙면에 방해가 되고 입을 벌리고 자면, 감기에 잘 걸리게 됩니다.
낮에도 비염이 심해지면 코막힘이 발생되지만, 숙면 중에는 비강이 더 잘 부어 코막힘이 더 잘 발생됩니다.
비강확장기를 코에 꽂으면 코로 숨 쉬는데 즉각적으로 도움이 되고, 입을 벌리고 자면 감기에 걸릴 확률이 높아서 입에 잎테이프를 작게 붙이고 자면 코로 숨을 쉬게 돕고, 감기에 잘 걸리지 않게 돕는 숙면 환경을 만들게 됩니다. 그렇게 반복하다 보면, 비강이 붓는 증상이 완화됩니다.
예를 들어 한쪽식 코가 막힐 때가 있는데 그것도 그냥 두지 마시고, 막히지 않는 코에 테잎을 붙여 막힌 코로 숨 쉬게 유도하게 되면 코가 뚫립니다.
코막힘 증상에 따른 약물 방법이 아닌, 숨 쉬는 통로 관리를 하면 호흡기질환 비강이 붓는 비염과 동시에 잘 발생되는 감기를 차단할 수 있는 치료 및 관리 방법이 됩니다.
모니터를 보는 시간을 줄이고, 틈틈이 멀리 보고 얼굴 근육 운동 & 맛사지 하는 것이 좋겠습니다. 많은 분들이 알고 계시듯이 인스턴트와 짠 음식을 많이 먹지 않는것이 중요한데요, 사람이 삶에 먹는 낙으로 사는데, 틈틈히 맛있는 것 먹는 것을 차단시켜 스스로 스트레스를 받는 것 보다, 인식하고 있되, 관리하면 어떨까 싶습니다.
